Here are the pictures of the tilt with the extended battery. As you can see it does make the unit a little thicker and heavier but it is really not that bad. In fact the Tilt actually is nicer to hold with the extended battery. I am sure that folks with smaller hands may have problems but I rather like the feel of the unit.
