Had a great meal at Emeral’s last night. I had the Lobster Bienville, which is a Two Pound Maine Lobster stuffed with House Cured Bacon, Aromati
c Vegetables and Spinach in a Rich Velouté Sauce.
Emeral’s is located in the MGM Grand which is an incredible place.
Our first night in Vegas was great. Now off to work!

Wolfgang’s is a very good place. Everytime we are here we hit Wolfgangs for dinner. It looks like I will be back again in June but this time we will be at the Mandalay Bay. The last time I was here we attended the Cigar Aficionado convention there and it was a lot of fun.

Hang on a second now, are you a Cigar guy? I was out in Las Vegas in November for the Big Smoke and had a blast. I’m a big cigar fan, I keep 30-40 on hand at all times… When you get out here to Scottsdale this year, we now definitely have to get together to have a drink and have a cigar or 2!
